Large files will be zipped and will need to be unzipped using winzip or similar before transferring to your PDA - these files will be recognisable by the .zip after the file name.

While formatted to be read on a PDA many of these stories may be able to be opened on a document reader of some sort so you can preview them on your PC you can try either EasyDoc Reader or DocReader (for .pdb) or try either MSReader (.lit) or Mobipocket (.prc)
