True Blood Season 2 – The Relationships – More From Sookie Stackhouse

by Joseph Archibald

Season 2 and True Blood is now well under way – new characters and new romances blossoming. Some relationships are evolving, such as Bill and Sookie, while others like Jessica and Hoyt’s are beginning a-fresh.

Question is though, where are these relationships headed? Let us have a quick look see at some of the key relationships going on in small town Bon Temps right now and check out where they may just be headed, shall we…

Unfortunately, Tara’s past makes it very likely that she will continue on with Eggs, regardless she keeps trying to stop with him. But you gotta think he is up to no good and he is kinda dangerous too. Is creepy Maryann in control of him or something? Or is he actually even more devious than she is??

Daphne and Sam: at first Daphne seemed a fairly pathetic and useless character but after seeing those deep gashes on her back, you have to start to think all is not what it would appear with her. Is she connected to that creature that attacked Sookie in the first part of this season? This said, is she just flirting around with cute Sam or is there something deeper there? The mind boggles…

Terry and Arlene: Terry is a strange one for sure! He’s got this thing about sniffing Arlene’s hair – so odd – yuck! Although they are not truly a couple as yet, its fairly obvious they will become so. More to come from them.

Jessica and Hoyt: I’m really enjoying their sweet, young-at-heart and tender-loving-care relationship. This is how life should be for us romantics! Hopefully Jessica is now on the right track with Hoyt by her side to keep her right.

Jason and Sarah: Jason Stackhouse, ever the guy to get in a pickle because of his stupidity, or if you will prefer – naivety. The sooner he gets out of the Jesus Camp the better. And this relationship with Sarah – is it going any place in the longer term?

Sookie and Bill: well, you gotta admit it, like a typical loving couple, really. Always fighting and getting back together again. How long can this sort of behavior last though? Is it not getting a bit tiring and all?
