By joining this Fanfiction Archive you agree to all the terms and conditions as set out below, as well as any submission rules set out in the rules page. These rules and terms may be udated by the administration at any time. Members will be informed of any changes via email, or through a note in the news section.

When using the Fanfiction Archive you agree to the following:

1) Submission of stories:

a) Authors submitting stories must follow the submission guidelines as found on the Rules page.

b) Do not post stories that do not belong to you.

c) The administration is not responsible for the safety of your story. Always have a backup of your own. While every effort will be taken to ensure your story will remain online, accidents can and have happened.

2) Reading Stories:

a) Take note of any individual story warnings and disclaimers. All stories are age rated and therefore if you are underage do not read adult stories.

Take note of any extra disclaimers placed on individual stories. All stories are accepted on the Fanfiction Archive providing they fall within our rules, if a subject matter is disclaimed that offends you, don’t read the story.

b) Do not flame authors or administration. While constructive criticism is appreciated if you can not do it in polite, mature way, do not do it at all. If you have comments, suggestions or criticisms of the site, please contact the site administrator via the contact form found on every page.

3) Violations And Other Terms:

a) If you encounter any violations of these terms or a breach of the submission guidelines please contact the administration via the contact form, found at the bottom of every page, so the appropriate action can be taken.

2) Breaches of these terms and submission rules may result in a warning or automatic deleting of story or account. If a warning is given changes must be made within the guidelines set out within the warning or the story will be removed and/or account terminated.
