Originally published in 2005 Twilight is the first book in the Twilight series. It's a young adult vampire novel that introduces seventeen-year-old Isabella "Bella" Swan who moves from Phoenix, Arizona to Forks, Washington, and finds her life in danger when she falls in love with a vampire, Edward Cullen.
Written by Stephenie Meyer, and with a movie due to be released on Nov 31st it's a hugely popular series.
